PrimaSprint 60L
As opposed to the Airfluid system, the PrimaSprint 60L conveys the powder from a stainless steel hopper which can be easy dismounted. It is therefore extremely simple to clean. Fluidization of the powder is achieved by the use of an integral fluid bed and an optional vibrated table. The combination of fluidization and vibration is a perfect preparation of fresh powder and therefore for the best coating results. This coating system is ideal for the manual coating of series production!
This new manual system offers the flexibility to use either a WAGNER Corona or Tribo guns. Our new gun has a unique High Dynamic Remote function that allows the immediate selection of a pre adjusted program without the necessity to look at the controller.
The clear and structured controller interface supported by a digital display ensures that the operational parameters are easily viewed at a glance.
